User Agreement (Terms of Service)

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16+ in the EU/EEA) to use this platform. You may not use the platform if you are barred under applicable law or have been banned by Vouch Solutions LLC. Accounts must be created with accurate, truthful information. No bots or fake accounts.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account, including all links to external sites.
  • You may close your account at any time in your account settings.

3. User Content & Conduct

Your Content: You retain ownership of your profile, job postings, and messages. By posting, you grant Vouch Solutions LLC a limited license to display and use this content only to operate the service.

Prohibited Content: You may not post anything unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, infringing, or spammy.

Professional Conduct: Use the platform only for legitimate professional purposes. Be honest and accurate when representing your skill levels, only share external links that feature your abilities in a given area, and only vouch for musicians when you have directly worked with them or seen the given ability level represented in a given area.

4. Jobs & Payments

  • Vouch Solutions LLC is not an employer. Contracts, compensation, and working conditions are solely between musicians and hirers.
  • We do not guarantee that gigs will be offered, accepted, or completed.
  • Premium subscriptions and job posting fees are processed securely through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • From time to time, Vouch Solutions LLC may provide complimentary access to Premium features or free job postings to select users for promotional purposes. Such promotional or complimentary services are offered at Vouch Solutions LLC’s sole discretion, may be modified or revoked at any time, and do not affect these Terms or any fees normally charged.

5. Messaging & Communications

You may send short written messages through the platform. Messages must not be abusive, spam, or off-topic. We may review reported messages for moderation or technical support purposes. Messages are stored for up to 6 months after the related gig or interaction ends, then deleted unless required by law.

6. Premium Services

Premium accounts may include benefits such as priority listings, skill highlights, additional profile features and discounted job postings. Details of premium features may change from time to time. Premium benefits may be granted temporarily or permanently as part of promotions, beta testing, or other discretionary programs. Vouch Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke such benefits at any time.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Vouch Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Vouch Solutions LLC provides the service “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee continuous availability, job outcomes, or the quality of musicians or hirers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vouch Solutions LLC is not liable for damages arising out of use of the service.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the site, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site before they take effect.
